What make and model Bike will I Ride?
All our bikes are Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Our models include -Road King, Heritage, Softail, Dyna, Fat Boy, Electra. We take a 1st and 2nd request at time of booking.
At this time we do not offer Sportsters or Trikes however a request can be made at time of booking.
What will be provided with my Ride?
All rides include Helmets however you are free to bring your own. Refreshments will be provided while you are riding, lunch is included on the Ride to Hana only. You should bring anything else you may need to ride. You will be riding through elevations so some warm clothing will be required.
Where does the cruise leave from?
Honolulu, Hawaii (island of Oahu)
How will I know where to go and what to look for upon arrival in Honolulu and throughout my trip?
This is an all-inclusive package once you arrive in Honolulu. You will be met at the airport and transferred to either you hotel (if you have booked a pre-cruise night package) or your cruise ship. As you arrive at ports where you are riding you will be given instructions on transfer information to get you to your rental location and Road Captain. All our road captains are local with a unique knowledge of the area that you will be riding in. Upon disembarkation you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
How big will my group be?
Our groups average only 5 bikes/couples. This is to maintain quality of bikes and tours.
What happens if I have to cancel at the last minute?
Once you are within 60 days of departure there is a 50% cancellation penalty.
Within 14 days of travel there is a 100% cancellation penalty.
You can purchase insurance to avoid paying fees.
How do I find flights from my closest airport to Hawaii and book extra nights and additional tours?
We are a full service travel agency and can arrange all your needs to tie in with your tour including – airline tickets, extra night hotels, local tours and luaus, car rentals etc.
What happens if our flight is delayed and we miss the ship?
This has not yet happened however we strongly recommend that you come in the night before your cruise, there is a chance that you miss your departure from Honolulu in which case you will need to fly to Maui to catch up with the ship the next day. This will be an additional expense.
My wife and I both ride and we would like our own bikes to Ride?
Yes we can secure 2 bikes for you, the cost of an additional bike is $895.00 unless you have requested a Sportster in which case the extra bike will be $795.00.
What happens if my son wants to go so there will be 3 people in a cabin and both my husband will need a bike and so will my son?
Not a problem, we can calculate a rate for you based on triple occupancy and 2 bikes. Just let us know at time of booking.
I am a single rider and wish to take this trip?
The best thing to do is find another single rider who wants to go and get one cabin with 2 bikes or take someone who likes to cruise as they don’t have to ride with you. If you are the only person in a cabin then the cost will still be double as cruise lines want you to pay for another person in a cabin whether there is one or not.
